About us
The plumbing company that picks up the phone
Best Plumbers and Water Heater Repair Oklahoma exists because of a gap most people in this state have run into at least once: it is nine at night, water is coming through a ceiling, and every number rings out to voicemail.
We built the business around that hour rather than around business hours. A dispatcher answers (833) 435-9778 at any time, on any day of the year. They are not a call centre reading a script — they know what questions to ask, they know which answers mean "shut the main off right now", and they know where the nearest van is.
How we price
Flat rate per job, quoted on site, agreed before anything starts. No hourly meter running while parts are fetched. No premium for nights, weekends or holidays. If we quote you $340 at midnight, it is $340.
We do this because the alternative punishes people for having an emergency at an inconvenient time, and because an hourly rate rewards working slowly.
What we cover
Everything from a running toilet to a full sewer line replacement, for homes and for businesses, across all 597 Oklahoma cities on our service area list. Our vans are stocked for the jobs this state actually generates: hard-water damage to water heaters, root intrusion in older sewer laterals, slab leaks caused by soil movement, and freeze splits after a hard cold snap.
What we will tell you
When a repair is the better spend than a replacement, we say so. When your water heater has four good years left, we say that too. We show you the camera footage, the corroded fitting, the pressure reading — you decide on evidence, not on our word.
After the work
Parts and labour are covered in writing. Drop cloths go down, old parts leave with us, and sewer digs are backfilled and raked before we pull away. If a fault comes back inside the warranty period, we come back and there is no second invoice.
