Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. (833) 435-9778 is answered by a person 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. There is no answering machine and no callback queue.
Do you charge extra at night or on weekends?
No. The flat price quoted for the job is the same whether the call comes in at 9am Monday or 2am on a holiday.
How does your pricing work?
Flat rate per job, quoted on site after we diagnose, and agreed by you before any work starts. There is no hourly meter, so a job that takes longer than expected does not cost you more.
How fast can you get to me?
Dispatch gives you a real arrival window when you call, based on where the nearest van is. Same-day service is standard across most of Oklahoma and genuine emergencies are prioritised.
What counts as an emergency?
Water escaping that you cannot stop, sewage coming up indoors, no water at any fixture, a gas smell, or a water heater dumping onto the floor. If you are unsure, call and describe it — we will tell you honestly whether it can wait until morning.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Restaurants, offices, retail, clinics, warehouses and multi-unit residential. Commercial work can be scheduled after closing so you keep trading.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, parts and labour, in writing on every job. If the same fault returns inside the warranty period we come back at no charge.
Can I supply my own fixtures or water heater?
Yes. We install owner-supplied units. The manufacturer warranty then sits between you and the retailer, while our labour warranty still applies.
Will you tell me if I don't need the work?
Yes, and we do regularly. A second opinion that saves you a replacement is worth more to us than the sale.

How do I shut my water off in an emergency?
Find the main valve where the supply enters the house or at the meter box, and turn it clockwise until it stops. Then open the lowest tap to drain the pressure. Our guide on shutting off the water main walks through where to look.
Do you handle sewer line replacement without digging up the yard?
Often, yes. Trenchless lining and pipe bursting need only small access pits, which usually saves driveways, patios and mature trees.
