Terms of Service

Quotes are given after diagnosis and are valid for 30 days. Work begins only once you approve the quoted price. Where a job uncovers a condition that could not reasonably have been seen at quoting — a collapsed section behind a wall, for instance — we stop, explain it and re-quote before continuing.

Parts and labour are warranted in writing on each invoice. The warranty covers the work we performed and does not extend to unrelated failures elsewhere in the system, damage caused by misuse, or pre-existing conditions we identified and you chose not to address.

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in advance. Where scheduled work is cancelled with less than two hours notice, a callout fee may apply. Emergency dispatch is available 24 hours a day and is not charged at a premium rate.
